We enjoy helping clients from all across the country.
We are John and Patti Schrader, and reside in northern Minnesota. Together we raised seven children, who's interests and careers have taken them to Central Minnesota, Florida and Montana.
Thankfully, traveling is one of our favorite activities, so spending time with our children and grandchildren is at the top of our list of hobbies. We also enjoy bicycling, seeing historical sites, going new places, and making new friends wherever we go.

Hello. I am the founder of Imagine Drafting & Design.
I work with a skilled team of Drafting Subcontractors who have the expertise to come alongside you and assist in your process of drafting exceptional plans for your customers.
With an extensive career as a contractor in the residential construction field,
I have moved my focus to design, drafting, and coaching. Of those three, coaching is my favorite thing to do.
I enjoy helping others grasp how to use the tools in Chief Architect Design Software so that they can work more efficiently.
My years of expertise in the building industry effectively equips me to help others, since I understand what goes into building a home.

Patti, John's wife, brings an impressive 30 years of administrative expertise to our team. Her proficiency extends across managing financial records, overseeing the website, handling social media, and providing invaluable support to John across all facets of the business.

Rebekah Heisel
Beka, our daughter, initially began tinkering with Chief Architect as a young girl, considering it a mere game. Now she skillfully works with clients across the country, effectively making the design process enjoyable for them.

Luke is more than just a colleague; he's like family to us. Our connection goes way back to his childhood. Luke's conscientious and meticulous drafting skills contribute significantly, and we're truly grateful to have him on our team!
